We are not responsible for items lost in the mail. You need to contact the post office to find tracking and submit as a lost item but we can do our best to guide you in the right direction to complete the process.
 
If item arrives broken please reach out within 2 business days with a picture so we can file a claim and send a new one or refund you depending on quantity we have left.
